Can we get leads from our Earmark Webinar+?

You will receive attendee leads after the live webinar and continue to receive leads from on-demand registrations for 12 months following the event. After completion of the live webinar, you will be invited to a google drive with google sheets that automatically update with any new leads. The leads will include name, email address, company/firm (optional), phone number (optional).  

How do we schedule an Earmark Webinar?

• After providing your webinar Title, Description, Learning Objectives, and Instructor information. You'll be provided a link to choose any date and time from our available slots. 

• We recommend scheduling your webinar 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure ample time for promotion.

• Webinars begin every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm PT.

Once we confirm your webinar date and time, we’ll send out a calendar invite to block out the webinar time and a second invite for 30 minutes prior for the instructors to arrive and connect to the webinar.

We will also schedule a Dry-Run/Tech-Check with the instructors approximately 7 to 10 days before the webinar.
